Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Best Power PCP-0445D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Black-Box parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hunkeler product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bilz such as the BiAirW1105 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A6289 manufactured by Black-Box and we are pleased to be able to service most Black-Box systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30000033 by Manufacturer Hunkeler as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Betalog-Hathaway Brand 309075001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Blue such as MC5057Q equipment made by Blue have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Blue products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Blue" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 34R4BFPPE3 made by Bodine as well as the popular OSLO115A8 original spares produced by Bioteco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RPL2M by Bimba and MC5057Q spares by Blue are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Model6010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bnc.
